The International Owl Society's Owl Symposium, held at Chester Zoo on March 16th, invited Wild Art's David Leggett to be one of a number of key-speakers for the day, presenting "Owls in Taxidermy". The list of speakers included Professor John Cooper (Ugandan Owl Project), Tony Warburton (World Owl Trust) and Bruce Pearson, President of the Society of Wildlife Artists ("Owls - the Artist's Perspective").
